Are you ready to “wobble your job”??? Or maybe you’re “out of love” with your business, basically feel pretty yucky about it-want to quit! Just plain stressed out & need to work it out? OR maybe you love your job but your body is stiff, tired, or itching to move after a busy day!

Join Donna for a fun, de-stressing after-work movement class that focuses on movement, dance, easy stretching, breathing and relaxation to work out the stiffness and/or energy stored up in your body after a hard day’s work!

No experience necessary! No judgment! Easy Peasy! Let’s Work the Wobble!

You do not have to work to join us. However the class will be based on movement that de-stresses the body from the different postures, emotions, & pressures of different job types.

When:
Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 (a 5-week class)
Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm

Nov. 7, 14, 21, Dec. 5, 12 (a 5-week class)
Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm

Meet the instructor

Donna Penna

Donna owned and operated dance and fitness studios for over 20 years where she taught various dance styles and ages including special needs children & adults. She holds a B.S. in Health and Physical Education, Concentration in Adapted with many dance credits, an Autism Movement Therapy Level 1 certification, Life Purpose Coaching , and Neuroscience Coaching certificates.
