Therapeutic Groups

Therapeutic Groups can be a wonderful way to compliment individual therapy by bringing about holistic healing through body movement, mindfulness & meditation, and other unique opportunities. Some groups meet weekly, others are a one-time class, and others may meet several times a year. From trauma-informed yoga, to plant-based healings, music & dance, to spiritual direction, you’re sure to find a group just right for you. Register for any of the available groups below (you do not need to be an active ECS client to register). Be sure to scroll through all of the groups, checking the dates, as some groups may be offered on multiple days.
**all classes & groups meet at Evans Counseling Services unless otherwise stated
