In this workshop you’ll learn what emotional eating and binge eating is, some common triggers, and what causes you to be an emotional eater. You’ll take away solutions for overcoming emotional eating.

Each participant will receive a resource workbook.

Meet the instructor

Julie Clarence

Julie has worked in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor for 25+ years creating exercise programs. She became a Certified Holistic Health Coach Level 2 and a Chek Practitioner Level 3 Rehabilitation Specialist because she realized that exercise was only one piece of the puzzle. She has immersed herself in discovering the role of nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and listening to her body. This knowledge set her on a mission of helping other women experience this same level of wellness.
