Holistic Approach to Anxiety

Life can be stressful and we can tend towards anxiety. This workshop will introduce you to the 6 Foundations of Health and the 4 Doctors: Dr. Happy, Dr. Diet, Dr. Movement, Dr. Quiet. We will also discuss where anxiety comes from and gain some solutions for anxiety.

Each participant will receive a resource workbook.

Meet the instructor

Julie Clarence

Julie has worked in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor for 25+ years creating exercise programs. She became a Certified Holistic Health Coach Level 2 and a Chek Practitioner Level 3 Rehabilitation Specialist because she realized that exercise was only one piece of the puzzle. She has immersed herself in discovering the role of nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and listening to her body. This knowledge set her on a mission of helping other women experience this same level of wellness.
