Parenting Workshops

Educate & Empower

Our parenting workshops are empirically informed sessions surrounding child-development, attachment theory, parenting styles, and family systems leading to a more empowering, consistent, unified, effective, and loving engagement between parents and their children.

Each workshop will be two hours and consist of an educational piece, skills training, and discussion focusing on topics such as family values, boundaries, emotional regulation, communication, resiliency, and self-esteem.

Meet the instructor

Susanna Carpenter

Susanna is a dedicated professional with a multifaceted background. Holding a masters in leadership development from Lancaster Bible College and currently pursuing a masters in mental health counseling from Liberty University, Susanna is passionate about unlocking human potential and fostering growth, empowering individuals to discover and maximize their strengths. Having spent time as a missionary in Northern Ireland, mentoring and educating college students, and as a mom of three boys, Susanna has realized her passion in working through trauma with adolescents, and doing preventative work, helping individuals learn how to navigate their thoughts and emotions.
