life. That’s why we’re hosting a workshop called Gut Health Made Simple: Transforming Your Digestive Health for Better Energy, Mood, and Well-being. 
 
In this workshop, we’ll explore how your gut affects everything from digestion to your mood. You’ll discover practical, actionable steps to create balance, like diversifying your meals, supporting beneficial bacteria, and reducing stress to improve gut-brain communication. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that helps you feel lighter, more energized, and ready to take on your day with ease.

Meet the instructor

Julie Clarence

Julie has worked in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor for 25+ years creating exercise programs. She became a Certified Holistic Health Coach Level 2 and a Chek Practitioner Level 3 Rehabilitation Specialist because she realized that exercise was only one piece of the puzzle. She has immersed herself in discovering the role of nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and listening to her body. This knowledge set her on a mission of helping other women experience this same level of wellness.
