Discover the healing power of nature in “Root & Renew,” a plant-based therapy workshop created for individuals who have experienced trauma. This workshop offers a serene, supportive environment where participants can engage in learning how to care for plants and expressing their artistic side by painting a planter and then planting a succulent arrangement inside of it.

No artistic skill or green thumb is required! You will be guided with an easy to follow template in a calm and supportive environment. And you’ll take home skills to practice mindfulness with your plants and beautiful planter at home.

Dana Carpenter

Dana is a passionate plant enthusiast and dedicated mom of two girls. Together with her husband, she runs a landscape business. Plants have been a sanctuary for her mental health, particularly in managing anxiety. These experiences have inspired her to share the therapeutic benefits of plants with others, empowering them to cultivate a more balanced and peaceful life.
