Groups & Classes

At Evans Counseling Services, we believe that healing takes place within the context of community and when addressing the full mind, body, and spirit. Therefore we offer both somatic healing groups and counseling groups. We are eager for you to give these groups a try!  Ideal as supplements to your current work in therapy, or a stand-alone resource for your self care–we are sure there is a group for you!

intelligence.

In this session, we’ll explore how self-awareness, empathy, and self-regulation shape the way we give and receive apologies. You’ll discover why Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the foundation for repairing relationships and restoring trust.

We’ll also walk through a simple framework from Seven Steps to Crafting the Perfect Apology that provides practical tools for offering apologies that go beyond words and create genuine connection.
